Hurrra, we are back! Time flies and our first construction phase is already history. We look back on an exciting and intense time, where our Schörgerstube got a NEW shine. With a large buffet landscape and a show kitchen, we would like to convey even more regionality to our guests.

KM 0 = “KILOMETER ZERO” we buy on site! Not only in terms of food an important topic for us Penzinghofers, but also in our project #penzinghofNEU. The best example is our master carpenter Stefan Hofer with a journey of 350 meters, this is lived regionality and we are proud of it!
